1. Scope
These terms apply to applications and cooperation within the creator and influencer partner programme unless an individual written agreement takes precedence.
2. Admission
An application does not create a right to admission. IMMUMEDIC may assess the applicant's identity, public presence, audience, content, conduct and suitability.
3. Approved materials
Only materials approved for the cooperation may be used within the agreed scope. Substantive changes require renewed approval.
4. Disclosure
Advertising, compensated or performance-based cooperation must be clearly disclosed in accordance with all rules applicable in the relevant country and platform.
5. Medical boundaries
Partners do not provide individual medical advice, promise treatment outcomes or collect medical records or health data.
6. Partner page and attribution
A partner page, subdomain or identifier may be used only for the agreed cooperation. Enquiries are transmitted centrally to IMMUMEDIC and attributed through the relevant identifier.
7. Compensation
Compensation arises only under an individual cooperation agreement. Conditions, attribution, due dates, taxation and exclusions are defined in that agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
8. Ending the cooperation
After the cooperation ends, partner identifiers and materials that are no longer approved must be removed. Further details are governed by the cooperation agreement.
